Yes, for junior positions when they are open. We look for solid fundamentals and evidence that you build things on your own, whether that is a personal project, a contribution, or coursework you took further than required.
It depends on the role, and each listing says which. Engineering roles are usually hybrid out of our Mohakhali DOHS office in Dhaka, with core hours Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (GMT+6).
A conversation about problems close to what we actually build: data modelling, API design, debugging, and how you reason about trade-offs. You may be asked to walk through code you have written before.
Two to three weeks in most cases, from application to written offer. If a step is going to take longer, we tell you why rather than leaving you waiting.
