What we collect
Only the information you give us, plus basic technical data from your visit.
- Contact details you submit — name, email, phone, company and your message.
- Job application details, including your CV and portfolio links.
- Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for payment card details through this website.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and support projects, assess job applications, and keep the website secure and working. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Client data in projects
When we build or maintain software for a client, any personal data inside that system belongs to the client. We process it only on their instructions, only for the agreed scope of work, and under a written agreement and NDA. We do not use client data for our own purposes.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to two years, job applications for up to one year unless you ask us to remove them sooner, and project records for as long as the contract and applicable law require.
Security
Access to personal data is limited to team members who need it. We use encrypted connections, access controls, and signed confidentiality agreements with everyone who works on client systems.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
