WafiLife is a Bangladesh eCommerce platform known for its wide collection of books, lifestyle products, stationery, gadgets, and food items. Its old WordPress site was slow, had no order tracking or cancellation option, and offered no way to shop in Bangla.
Wafi Solutions rebuilt the platform from the ground up, adding order tracking, guest checkout, and a 24/7 AI chat assistant for customer support — readers can now follow their favorite authors and get notified the moment a new book drops.
